PINKAIDE Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Data Processing)
PINKAIDE ("Company" or "StudyAide") utilizes minimal app permissions and system data solely for the essential operational purposes listed below and does not use data for any unauthorized purpose.
- Ensuring background playback continuity for Pomodoro timing, ambient music, and white noise
- Processing secure in-app purchases (Subscriptions and Lifetime Passes) via Google Play Store
- Displaying session completion notifications, lock screen media controls, and haptic vibration feedback
- Automatically pausing and restoring playback volume during incoming phone calls
Article 2 (Rights & Obligations of Data Subjects)
① Users as data subjects may exercise the following rights regarding personal information protection at any time:
- Request access to personal information
- Request correction in case of errors
- Request deletion
- Request suspension of processing
* StudyAide does NOT collect, store, or transmit any user personal identification information, contacts, files, or study logs to external company servers.
Article 3 (App Permissions Processed and Purpose)
The Company requests and processes the following Android system permissions strictly for providing application features:

| POST_NOTIFICATIONS | Displaying session completion alerts and showing notification bar / lock screen media playback controls (Android 13+) |
| VIBRATE | Providing haptic vibration alerts upon Pomodoro focus and break session transitions |
| com.android.vending.BILLING | Processing secure in-app purchases for Subscriptions and Lifetime Passes via Google Play official billing |
| com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID | Processing Advertising ID for app analytics and personalized/non-personalized ads via Google Play Services |
| READ_PHONE_STATE | Querying call state to automatically pause audio during incoming phone calls and resume upon call completion |
Article 4 (Destruction and Data Retention)
The Company immediately ceases system queries when the feature is complete or the application is uninstalled.
- System Permission Usage: Permissions are queried strictly in real-time for handling local audio/timer/notification functions; no personal data is stored.
- App Deletion: All permission queries cease immediately upon application deletion.
- Zero Data Collection Policy: Except for Google Play in-app billing and Ad ID processing, no personal user data is sent or stored on company servers.
Article 5 (Measures to Ensure Data Security)
The Company enforces strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:

Article 7 (Policy Amendments)
This Privacy Policy takes effect on the effective date. Any additions, deletions, or modifications will be notified in-app at least 7 days prior to implementation.

This Privacy Policy enters into force on August 1, 2026.
